Press Release Sites
If done correctly, a Press Release on your business, web site or new video you just completed could sky rocket your traffic virtually overnight.
The problem is, most people do not know how to do a Press Release correctly. They think a Press Release is an extension of their sales letter, or sales material when it should be thought of as a totally separate process done from a “third persons” point of view – much like a News Reporter would do.
Another part of the Press Release process most people are not aware of is the SEO benefits.
While writing your Press Release, think of the “keywords” you want to rank for in the search engines.
For example… if you are doing a Press Release on a Video Site (we will use my site – howtovideo.tv for an example), I would weave into the release keywords and phrases like “howtovideo.tv has videos that instructs and teaches people how to generate traffic with video“ – and another example would be “you will learn how to market your products and services with YouTube videos”
You will be surprised how effective this really is on getting your site listed in the search engines when you use keywords or phrases within your Press Release. It works.
